Return Policy

Currently Tay and Grace does not accept returns. Exchanges, however, are accepted within 14 days of the day your order is delivered. 

Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Requests for exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Please note, all ‘Sale’ items and customized orders are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

How do I start a return?

To begin a return e-mail us at info@tayandgrace.com. Please make sure the subject says "Exchange" The Exchange Authorization number and instructions will be sent to you via email.

All exchanges should be sent by a trackable method, we recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS regular ground service. Tay and Grace is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
